Our program has a simple vision:

The core features of Playmakers programs are:

• High quality teaching: We aim to be thoughtful in every aspect of our program, and we are constantly looking for better ways to help our players learn and grow.

• Group activities, personalized feedback: We aim for steady improvement for the group as a whole and for each individual player within it, providing feedback on their performance using film and stats.

• A fun, local, development environment: There are no tryouts or playing time issues. All of our practices and competitions are at the same location. Every player gets an equal opportunity to compete and have fun with the game.

• Developing playmakers: We don’t make judgments about what position each player should play. We don’t run any plays. We teach team offensive and defensive concepts designed to create competitive advantage, and we want to help our players improve their intelligence, efficiency, and creativity as basketball players.

• Representative practice: We focus on practice activities that transfer to game play. Through carefully designed games, players will get hundreds of repetitions making tactical decisions they will see over and over again in games.
